Every Day Is A Chance To Get Better!

So not only is a Monday, it is the first Monday in March.
Let's be honest, how many of you have made promises to yourselves that you will start your fitness regime in the past 2 months, but still not got around to it?
Well, let me tell you it is NOT TOO LATE! Exercise should be enjoyed and become a natural part of your life and only when it fits in should you commit to it then, so if in the past two months you wouldn't have been able to commit and not get started that's OK because it's NOT TOO LATE!

It might be that you haven't found your niche yet?
In the world of health & fitness, you have umpteen options.
• Crossfit
• Gym based setting
• Park Run
• Boxercise
• Zumba
• Outdoor Running
So on & on & on.......
The list is endless!
Try things out & don't be disheartened if you don't find your thing on the first try or even the second. Discovering new enjoyable things is what makes life interesting, otherwise, things would be stale & boring.
Spring is literally around the corner now, one more month and the clocks go forward, so no darker nights.
Let's put this into perspective 1 hour of workout is only 4% of your day!
So that little percentage of your day will not only make you feel better physically & mentally but can of often be a way to get us out of our social isolation that many of us fall into, maybe it gives you an hours break from the kids? Gives you a bit of downtime from that hectic work schedule?
So to take away from this, IT'S NOT TOO LATE!
